Some inspirational travel quotes
To move, to breathe, to fly, to float, to gain all while you give, To roam the roads of lands remote: To travel is to live.
- Hans Christian Andersen in The Fairy Tale of My Life, 1833.

Doesn't this just summarise what it means to be a traveller? I love this quote, especially the "to gain all while you give" reflect how I feel about voluntourism. By helping communities in need while you travel, you learn a lot about yourself, about values and about life. To travel, is indeed to live, especially when "the world is a book, those who do not travel only read a page" (Saint Augustine).
