A quick guide to Bali
Don't laugh. I attempted at guidebook writing. Last semester I had to do a 5000 words project based on a communication style of my choice (this was for a communications degree) and I thought I would give this a go.
It turned out that 5000 words were never going to be enough for a proper 'guide', so I wrote it in more like a quick reference guide style giving the reader enough keywords to search for further information on the web.

When you are reading it, please be mindful of the following:
1. Don't take it *too* seriously. While how I feel about Bali and all that 'it is actually a great place' statements are true, I was just having a bit of fun trying to write it.
2. All the publishing notes on page 2-3 are *made up*. I had to pretend that I am actually publishing this so I had to write things like copyright notice, date and city of publishing etc etc. Travel String Guides do not exist! (at least not for now)
3. This was a university assignment. I had completely forgotten about it until about 2 weeks before it was due (typical) so the work is rushed, and very limited editing was done. There *will* be spelling mistakes, grammar mistakes, and formatting mistakes (I saw one just now in table of contents - bookmark undefined...). I just wanted to pass.
4. This post will stay on the websphere for a long time, and things change so not all the information will still be valid at the time of download (say, if you are still reading this in the year 2013, place names may have changed) - if in doubt, Google (or whatever the equivalent in 2013).
5. By 2020 there may very well be a Travel String publications. Who knows?
Enjoy
